The blink of an eye

... and just like that.... it is done
all those months of planning and anticipation .. drama.. concern... precious moments.. gone just like that .. become something of the past in just a matter of hours...
the wedding has passed .. come and gone.. and i must say that i have been to a few weddings in my time .. and this was the best. and i am not just sayin that because it was mine and it solidified my love for my wife. but it was just a great time. (although i was feeling a little quezzy from the evening before) everything went smooth once we got on the boat .. prior to there was some drama.. the limo service that we used kicked all of the woman on the way to the wedding out on the side of the road .. just 2 hours prior to the moment i was to wed my beautiful wife to be... it is the past and there is no need for me to get into detail .. on a horror..
things ended up wrking out in the end .. and E and i have now become hubby and wife .. sealing our love for each other in front of our family and closest friends. and what a way to do it .. tieing the nautical knot.. gettin married on a yacht. very unique and fun .. it seems that everyone there enjoyed the ceremony as well as the reception that followed..
there were many tears shed through the evening .. from everyone .. i think E cried the most when i got to get down on 1 knee .. and officially ask her to marry me .. it was something i never got to ask her .. since she asked me.. i always wanted to get down on one knee and be a romantic .. at least for one moment in my life .. and i think this was it .. before we were husband and wife i dropped down on one knee .. and got to do it in public in front of the people that mean the most to us.. and you know what i thought that i was going to have stage fright .. but when i was up there the only person that i was was E . and i looked deep into her eyes.. and nothing else mattered but the words that started to flow out of my mouth .. unscripted.. right from the heart .. nothing but raw emotions.. all i did was open my lips .. and dialog just came ....
now i am not tryin to take away fro her thunder of asking me to marry her .. it is just something that her and i have joked about since .. and i thought that it was only fitting .. and perfect timing ..( i hope that the photographers got pics of it .. i forgot to tell them i was gonna do it)
i am excioted to see the pics .. when i get them . i will be sure that i d/l .. some of them so that you can see them ..

and than after that .. we were off to hawai'i .. WHAT A BLAST!!!
we are already talkin about when are we gonna be able to go back .. we were there for a week .. and there was so much more to do.. we went snorkling .. hiking .. long walks on the beach .. horseback riding .. massage treatments .. at a resort spa that we were staying at .. gettin pampered for a week .. nothing like it . something that someone can get use to real easy... we stayed in the North shore of oahu .. for the first 3 nites.. we have our travel agent to thank for that .. even though we were at a resort .. it felt like we were the only 2 people there.. except of course for the occasional waitress bringing you your frozen delight ... as well as peace and tranquility surrounding you.. the crashing of the waves out of your room .. with a view of ocean as far as the eyes can see.. with crystal clear blue water .. that you can see right to the bottom.. seeing every living creature down below .. moving along with their lives much like we do up here.. it is great to just step back .. take a deep breath and enjoy life.. you do not need to be in hawaii to follow this lifestyle.. you can be in your office, in the shower, in the car ...anywhere just remeber that you are here and people around you love you .. and that is what make the world go round. do not take moments for granted .. live out everyday like it was your last . .you'll live much better!
